Trial Period

There is a 2 week trial period for each child for adjustments, or to see if there is an unruliness of a child that may endanger other children. During this time, the parents/or Provider have the right to terminate the contract without penalty or reasons.

I also have the right to terminate the contract due to continous late payments, or non payments. If childcare is provided after the trial period and you wish to withdrawl your child, you must give a 2 week notice, and be paid up to date befor the last day of care.

If you do not give your 2 week notice, you will be charged for that 2 weeks of care. If it becomes necessary for me to take legal action to collect, the parent(s) will be responsible for any legal fee I incur.

Registration

A $50.00 registration fee is required apon enrollment to secure a spot. Once your child has been accepted into the daycare that fee is then put towards your weekly fee of Daycare. Please call or email me to make an appointment for an interview and visit my Preschool / Daycare.

All forms must be filled out and signed and dated by the Parent / Guardian before any care can be provided for each child.

Tuition

Weekly Slots are purchased for both Full Time and Part Time care. The Parent(s) is still responsible for paying for their slot purchased reguardless if their child is absent. I have set my rates to the cost of the activities and curriculum I purchase so that there is no addition fee's for parents.

Ages 2 - 5 yrs

Full Time - 3 to 5 days per week $ 50.00 weekly
Part Time - 1 to 2 days per week $ 25.00 weekly

Full Time - 5 Hrs. or more daily $125.00 weekly
Part Time - 5 Hrs. or less daily $ 75.00 weekly

School Age Children
1st Grade - 12 Yrs.

Preschool Age Children

Full Time - 3 to 5 days per week $100.00 ---Weekly
Part Time - 1 to 2 days per week $50.00 ---Weekly

Full Time - 5 hours or more daily $125.00 weekly
Part Time - 5 hours or less daily $ 75.00 weekly

Financial Assistance Info

In addition to private pay, I also am DHS listed so I do accept DHS payments as long as the parents can provide the forms from their caseworkers before care.

Holidays & Closing

Good Friday, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day & the day after (Friday), Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, New Year's Day. I also close for a 2 week vacation once a year, but will give a 1-3 month's notice before hand.

Policies

In addition to my policies, I created a Garden themed Reward's Chart. A list of rules for each child to follow in order to earn a Bug for each day. Each child will get 3 warnings. After the 3rd warning that child will lose his / her bug for that day, but can earn that bug back as well if he / she correct's their behavior. If each child has their Bugs for each day of the week. A Prize gift from my Ladybug will be given to that child apon departure on the last day of the week.

Additonal Info

Children are to have an additional change of clothing both Preschool and School-age. No bringing outside toys to the daycare as it causes conflict. No bringing food into the daycare as there is usually not enough to go around. There is a restriction only if your child requires a certain diet due to their Health. But I must have a written note from your physician. I must be informed of any allergies, whether it's food, or respiratory. A written notice must be placed in the child's enrollment folder.
